Jean Crotti was a French sculptor and painter active in the early twentieth century. Working across figural bronze casting and Cubist-inflected painting, he engaged with modernist abstraction and the formal vocabulary of assembled materials. Based in Paris, Crotti participated in the avant-garde movements of the interwar period and maintained a studio practice spanning sculpture, painting, and printmaking until his death in 1958.
