1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WATTS OS ("the Platform"), operated by Studio Watts LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

WATTS OS provides artists with market intelligence, comparable artist analysis, and curator feedback on submitted artwork. The Platform offers both free (Tier 1) and paid (Tier 2) subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Tier 2 subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to artwork you submit. By submitting, you grant WATTS OS a limited license to display your work within the Platform for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your artwork.

6. Instagram Feature (Annual Tier 2)

Annual Tier 2 subscribers are eligible for Instagram story features. Selection and timing are at the discretion of WATTS OS curatorial team.

7. Limitation of Liability

WATTS OS provides market intelligence for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee sales, gallery representation, or specific outcomes. Use of our data and feedback is at your own discretion.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
