Eva Kotátková is a Czech artist working across installation, sculpture, and video to examine systems of control, confinement, and institutional power. Her practice frequently employs architectural intervention and found materials to create immersive environments that question how spaces shape behavior and identity. Working primarily in Prague, she stages scenarios that blur the boundary between documentation and speculation, often drawing on her research into psychiatric institutions, prisons, and other regulated environments.
