Liliana Porter is an American artist born in 1941 who works across printmaking, sculpture, and installation. Her practice emerged from postwar conceptual strategies, combining found objects, photographs, and prints in layered, often humorous assemblies that interrogate representation and scale. Porter's work frequently employs repetition and miniaturization to create narratives of displacement and domesticity, drawing on both minimalist formal rigor and pop sensibility.
