Thomas Patti is an American artist working primarily in cast glass and optical materials since the 1970s. His sculptures explore refraction, transparency, and light as sculptural elements in their own right, creating forms that shift and dissolve depending on the viewer's position and ambient illumination. His work emerges from a postwar American engagement with industrial materials and phenomenological perception.
