Marzblatt I (March Leaf I)

Otto Nebel was a German abstract artist and printmaker whose work evolved from Constructivism and geometric abstraction toward a more lyrical, cosmic visual language. Active from the 1920s onward, he developed a distinctive approach to woodcut and lithography that synthesized mechanical forms with organic rhythms. His practice engaged with the utopian ideals of the avant-garde while maintaining a deeply personal, almost mystical dimension in his compositions.
