Pericle Fazzini was an Italian sculptor whose monumental works in bronze and stone defined postwar Italian modernism. Working across abstraction and figuration, Fazzini created large-scale public commissions that combined geometric precision with organic, flowing forms. His practice engaged with questions of spiritual and social renewal in the years following World War II.
