George Him was a British graphic designer and illustrator active from the 1930s through the postwar period. Working primarily in lithography and commercial design, he developed a distinctive modernist vocabulary combining geometric abstraction with legible letterforms, making significant contributions to British graphic design during the mid-twentieth century. His work ranged from poster design to book illustration, informed by continental European avant-garde movements.
