Aristarkh Lentulov
Aristarkh Lentulov is a Russian painter associated with early twentieth-century Cubo-Futurism, known for large-scale canvases depicting Moscow's churches and architecture in fractured, prismatic color. His paintings fuse Cubist geometry with the decorative intensity of Russian folk art and icon painting. He was a founding member of the Jack of Diamonds group in Moscow.
