Donna Marie Christian-Christensen, formerly Donna Christian-Green, is an American physician and politician. She served as the 4th elected non-voting Delegate from the United States Virgin Islands's at-large district to the United States House of Representatives from 1997 until 2015. A member of the Democratic Party, Christensen is the first woman to win the party's nomination for governor in Virgin Islands history. She is the first woman to represent the territory in the U.S. Congress.
